I was going to post a recipe for gluten-free Gnocchi, but my gnocchi were not good. They didn’t fall apart, but I didn’t get the potato to be fine enough, so there were lumps of potatoes in them which ruined the silky smooth potato dumpling texture. There were a few that turned out okay. The ones lucky enough to not get a lump in them. Until I get it right, I’m not going to post that recipe, so instead, I’m linking you back to one of my favorite Cook with Me recipes.
